is the old version "Short
Clamp"...

Wire Clamp parts and
assembled as below. Easy!
Wire is fed in at left hand
end (above pic) and looped around machine screws. Place Flat bar over
screws
and wire, then secure with washers and Dome Nuts.

1) Loop
wire around
studs
(use
pliers to form
loop if required)

2) Place
plate over
studs

3) Place
supplied
washers and nuts on studs
Tighten
fully
(Re-check
tightness
after approx 1 week)
